Emergency Operations Center

The City of Houston Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is the central location for emergency  and disaster response coordination for the nation's fourth-largest city. Housed at the Houston Emergency Center (5320 N Shepherd) and operated by the Office of Emergency Management (OEM), the EOC features state of the art technology and interconnected communications to assist City departments as they respond to various types of emergencies.
