The U.S. Small Business Administration offers assistance to Houston residents affected by the flooding & severe storms January 9th.Houston residents affected by the flooding and severe storms in early January can apply for assistance through SBA at the Sunnyside Multi-Service Center. |

HOUSTON - Residents and business owners affected by the severe storms and subsequent flooding which occurred on January 9th can apply for low-interest federal disaster loans through the U.S Small Business Administration at the following Houston location: Disaster Loan Outreach Center Hours of Operation: Mondays through Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm The Loan Outreach Center was originally located the City of Houston Department of Health & Human Services building at 800 N Stadium Drive and has been moved, effective Thursday, February 2nd to the Sunnyside Multi-Service Center to allow easier access for affected residents.
