Excitement Brewing in Houston’s Hobby Airport with Opening of New Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins Combo Restaurant

Growth of Concessions Program and Job Creation Celebrated at Hobby Airport

HOUSTON -- Dunkin’ Donuts, America's favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, along with Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty stores, opened a new restaurant in William P. Hobby Airport’s Central Concourse on December 27, 2011.

The new restaurant features a fresh, friendly, and engaging environment for travelers. Complete with a new, warmer interior color palette, the restaurant offers comfortable seating and atmospheric lighting.  The new Hobby Airport location will be open from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays. It is 1,000 square feet, employs approximately 18 crew members and seats 16 guests. 

The restaurant will offer a delicious menu of Dunkin’ Donuts’ great-tasting food and beverages and Baskin-Robbins’ ice cream flavors.  Dunkin’ Donuts menu items include a wide variety of hot and iced coffee, lattes, an assortment of bagels, donuts, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, Wake-Up Wraps, DDSMART® better-for-you items and more. Baskin-Robbins will offer 12 flavors of ice cream, an opportunity to build your own sundae, shakes, malts and more.

The first Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins combo restaurant opened in Houston in 1998.  This will be the second location in the Houston market and the first one in a Houston airport.
